Thank you very much, and good afternoon, everybody, and thank you for joining us. And if you’re in Toronto, I hope you’ve dug out from whatever snow pile you were — you found yourself under this morning. So I’ll do a quick roll call for our conference call today. So with us, we have our Chris Newman, our Chief Financial Officer. We have Ruth Grabel, Assistant Vice President, Canadian Residential; John Talano, Senior Vice President, U.S. Residential; Beverley Flynn, Senior Vice President and General Counsel. And again, myself, I’m Paul Miatello, Senior Vice President of the REIT.
